  • The Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives: The Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives serves as an executive level focal point for the promotion of inclusion across the university. The office strengthens and creates a supportive University environment for MSU students, staff, and faculty that fosters full participation and cultivates excellence through inclusion, diversity, institutional equity, and intercultural understanding. The office monitors the University's compliance with state and federal laws and encourages best practices available to promote a culture of inclusion. The Office provides leadership for, and the support of, university-wide initiatives on inclusive excellence. The coordination of these endeavors leads to greater coherence and connectivity of inclusiveness at Michigan State University and beyond.   • The Women's Resource Center: The Women's Resource Center was developed to bring together and coordinate resources, advocacy for women's issues, and women's programs for faculty, staff, and students. The mission is to provide a supportive climate that enables women to become full and active participants in the development of policy, decision making, and the achievement of equity.   • Women's Advisory Committee for Finance, Personnel and Operations: The WACFPO serves in an advisory role to the Vice President for Finance, Personnel & Operations on a number of issues related to women at MSU. The responsibilities of the WACFPO include policy recommendations, problem awareness, and acting as a liason between staff and the administration. For more information, click the link above.
  • MSU's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Student Association: The mission of GLFSA is to serve LGBT persons by addressing those issues we deem to be within our scope as they are brought forward to us by our members. We will attempt to promote understanding of and respect for issues of orientation and gender diversity within the broader spectrum of the university community.   • Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities: The RCPD leads Michigan State University in maximizing ability and opportunity for full participation by persons with disabilities. RCPD provides disability-related information and referrals; identifies populations, documents disability, and conducts needs assessments; facilitates reasonable accommodations; and provides disability-related technical assistance, auxiliary aids/services, advocacy and training.
